Refund policy

You may ask for a refund within the stated refund window.

Effective date: October 24, 2026

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@spaceranger.app from the address you used to buy, and include your order details if you have them. Polar may also refund a purchase itself to prevent a chargeback.

What happens to the license?

After a refund, the license key is revoked and stops working at the app’s next successful license check.
